7 Canadian graduates at MB Biblical Seminary


There were seven Canadians among the 25 graduates of the class of 2001 at Mennonite Brethren Biblical Seminary in Fresno, Calif. A commencement ceremony was held May 20.


Canadian candidates for the Master of Art degree were:

Ewald Unruh of Winnipeg, executive director of the Canadian MB Conference Board of Evangelism. Anna Gossen of Abbotsford, B.C. Her career goal is marriage and family therapy. Daniel Martens of Abbotsford. His career goal is ministry among Muslims. Campbell Rowland of Niverville, Man. His career goal is leadership development. Mark Veenstra of Hampton, Ont. His career goal is youth and child therapy.

Other program graduates

Lori Kantymir of Williams Lake, B.C. received a Master of Divinity degree. Her career goal is teaching and pastoral work. Robert Kroeker of Waldheim, Sask. received a diploma.
