MCC Supportive Care Services is a Christian-based organization accountable to the Mennonite Central Committee constituency of British Columbia. It offers services and support to people with developmental disabilities, mental health issues and brain injuries. Although most of its services are located in the Fraser Valley, it has active chapters on north Vancouver Island and in the Okanagan Velley. It is also developing chapters in the Vanderhoof area and the Peace River area. It has nearly 400 staff. The programs in its Mental Health Department include:

- Semi Independent Living (SIL): Provides support to people who live independently. Receives referrals through Abbotsford Mental Health Centre. Funded by the B.C. government.

- HOPE: Similar to SIL except that it is not government funded. Offers support specifically to individuals from the church constituency.

- Support Toward Employment Program (STEP): Provides supported employment training. Receives referrals from Abbotsford Mental Health Centre.

- Vocational Options Integrating Choice Employment (VOICE): Provides supports to help individuals enter employment, from career planning and goal setting to interview preparation and job search support. Receives referrals from mental health centres, physicians or hospitals.

- Peer Support: A program in which people who have been there support their peers.

- First Avenue: A residential facility in Chilliwack providing transitional support from an institution setting to community living.
